Outdoor Project Process
Consultation: Our experienced consultants will go over your vision, budget, and project requirements.
Planning: We will help you design your project, discuss material options and features, such as different types of composite decking or pavers, lighting, columns, railings, accents, etc.
Material Selection and Purchase: Material selection is the cornerstone of your project. Based on your preference of materials and colors we will place the purchase order and schedule product delivery.
County Permits and Regulations: All Maryland counties require a permit for all deck installations to ensure compliance with building codes. We submit all forms and schedule all inspections.
Foundation & Framing: For your deck project, a solid foundation is critical and essential for the durability and safety of your deck. We will install strong frames and foundations to code. For your patio project, we will build a solid base with the proper drainage and pitch.
Installation: For your deck project, this is where we apply the decking, rails, facia, lighting and stairs to the frame. Based on the decking manufacturer, we install all decking according to their installation requirements.
For your patios project, this is where we lay down all the pavers into the pattern selected and install piers, walls and features such as fire pits/places.
Quality Inspection: Before you can enjoy your deck, screened porch or patio, these will undergo a thorough quality inspection.
Warranty: We provide a three-year transferable labor warranty. All material/product warranties are direct from the manufacturer.
